Jonas Ridge Snow Tubing – The B&B is just 2 miles from this attraction which offers family fun for all. Please check their hours of operation as they vary somewhat according to the weather.
Sugar Mountain Ski Resort is 14mi away, a 20-minute drive. They offer downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice skating and tubing. Most people agree that they do a better job of grooming the slopes at Sugar than at Beech, although both are fun to ski at.
Beech Mountain Ski Resort is 22mi, a 35-minute drive. They offer downhill and snowboarding, tubing and ice-skating with good mid-week rates.
Hawksnest Tubing & Zipline Park is 18mi or 28min drive. They are the largest snow tubing park in the east coast. They provide 4 different areas for snow tubing, with lanes from 400ft to 1000ft long! Hawksnest also offers year round ziplining, check their website!
